After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 1978, I headed west, settling in the So Cal area and securing work as a fashion illustrator for area malls and boutiques as well as various freelance opportunities as a novice graphic designer.   Starting as a staff graphic designer in 1983 and promoted to the Creative Director position, I headed up a busy corporate graphics department for El Torito Restaurants, Inc., creating menus and promotional collateral for their many restaurants. My menu designs have been honored by the National Restaurant Association and published in menu design publications.   Launching my own design firm in 1997, I have had the opportunity to create designs for many varied companies, with an emphasis on the food/restaurant industry. With a view to returning to my great love of art and illustration, I strive for the same high standards - and success - I have experienced with my design business.

In my graphic business, I've worked with major restaurant and grocery store companies.

With my digital artwork, I work with magazines, book publishers, beauty/fashion companies and creative directors on engaging illustration assignments.
