Brief Summary
I am a commercial photographer in Seattle who specializes in architecture, food, and products. I also do many people oriented assignments for corporate communications and social service agencies.

Lots of small companies. Really, am not much interested in working for big corporations. I want to work for the people who own their own company.
Professional Experience
Got a job at a newspaper in 1967. Got a degree in Journalism in 1972. Got a new camera in September of 2015. The rest is just photographs, hundreds of thousands of them.
Awards and Recognition
Mostly the awards I have received have been for photojournalism. I worked for a couple small newspapers over the years. Journalism people like contests. Commercial clients do not. The journalism thing ended in 2010 when I quit doing newspaper work.... and a lot of newspapers all over the country tanked. Probably won 50+ awards... landscape, portrait, feature news, breaking news. Society of Professional Journalists... and Catholic Press Association.
